WBM burst onto the scene in April 2004
And the wine industry has never been the same since...
WBM – Australia's Wine Business Magazine, came into the world in April 2004 and it took the standard of wine trade publications to a new level.
Yes, WBM looks fantastic and our human-interest cover stories are now legendary, but the magazine will always be about the content—short, sharp, focused, word-perfect articles written by some of the most respected wine writers in the business.
In September 2006 we launched our Friday e-bulletin The Week That Was which has attracted a global cult following. We launched the third string to our bow, WINE100, a monthly publication for the wine trade, in October 2007. It too has been an overwhelming success. Good things happen in threes!
In May 2011 WINE100 joined forces with WBM for a bigger and better magazine for members of the wine industry and trade.
WBM, WINE100 and The Week That Was are produced by a small team of professionals at 37 Fullarton Road, Kent Town, South Australia. The parent company is Free Run Press, an independent family business comprised of four shareholders: Peter Fuller, Kathryn Fuller, Anthony Madigan and Cindie Smart.
We like to think we are good corporate citizens and we sponsor Touch Wine and other community events.
